For the last 36 years I have been honored and greatly rewarded by practicing family dentistry in Kenosha.  So, it is with some sadness, but also with excitement to announce that I will be transitioning from private practice to community health care in Stevens Point, Wisconsin at the end of this month. Although I will no longer be seeing you in my office, you and your family will remain deeply in my thoughts. I am grateful for the confidence you have placed in me allowing me to serve your dental needs. 

To maintain the continuing care of my friends and family, I have chosen Dr. Leah Fax at Old Oaks Dental to continue your care. To make it even more convenient for you, Old Oaks Dental is located at 9809 39 th Ave. Suite 1, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158 and just a short drive from my current location.

Dr. Fax is a caring, calm and meticulous dentist. She has taken extended continuing education courses so she can offer her patients multiple options for dental care. This would include specialized implant placement training, straightening of teeth, and even more cosmetic improvements to your smile, as well as fixing broken or painful teeth. Once you meet her, you will know that I made an excellent choice in finding someone to take over my legacy and care for all of you.
